We've been in CODE ORANGE in the province of Rome for over a month which means severe restrictions. We were not allowed to go from our town, Frascati, to Rome, nor were restaurants open, etc. It has been another long home-bound period.
New broke of Rome switching from ORANGE to YELLOW! Leigh, Clare and I celebrated by taking the day off (literally pulling them out of school) and driving to Rome to spend the day.
It was a blast! Much needed mood-mender!
